If you can’t play it right then why not play it loud? Jamming out to their own tune, Wacko Maria is the life of the party with their latest 21SS Collection Look. This Tokyo streetwear gears its designs with a blast of music, romance, and glamour. But after all the glitz and madness modeled by their clothing, it’s time to calm those nerves by taking a sip from their coffee shop, yes, you’ve heard it right, Wacko Maria is a clothing and coffee shop combined!
Fresh Off of the Soccer Field and Into the Guilty Parties

It all started when J-league soccer players Atsuhiko Mori and Keiji Ishizuka decided to shift to another direction and co-opened streetwear brand Wacko Maria in 2005. Wacko Maria’s artistic works are initially uprooted from culture but later on branched out, spanning to film, art, music, photography, and even Italian architectures. After the brand’s successful launch, they became eminent for their garments lettered with “GUILTY PARTIES”, which is associated with Japan’s Nakameguro district and their offset brand.
Music as Origin

Wacko Maria clothing believes that music and fashion are a perfect match because of their mutual creativity. They have pioneered avant-garde apparels heavily inspired by the 1960’s music genre “Reggae”. In addition, Atsuhiko Mori mentioned in an interview with Silver that he enjoys copying his favorite band’s style by mix-and-matching thrift clothes.
Collaborations Esteemed with Greatness

The brand collaborated with numerous artists such as Dickies, Larry Clark, Tecate, Jean-Michel Basquiat, and The Silence of the Lambs.
