YEEZY Home and Kanye West
YEEZY Home is Kanye West’s low-income housing project. The rapper-turned-designer made the announcement a few weeks ago.
Kanye West took to Twitter to admit that he is creating an architectural arm for his label. They were looking for architects and industrial engineers “who want to make the world better.”
The 700 V2 looks more similar to the YEEZY 500 “Blush” with its beige-suede and mesh panels topped by white laces. It has a tapered toe cap as well.
The YEEZY 500 “Blush” has a nude tan base with pink undertones. It also has a mesh overlay which runs throughout its lateral. This breaks up the monochrome sneaker.
The shoe has an Adripene sole. This boosts its traction and makes it look pleasant while being functional as well.
Make the World Better
YEEZY Home is a low-income social housing project intended to be constructed of prefabricated concrete components. The aim is to offer affordable living quarters with the same design aesthetic to West’s YEEZY Studio in Calabasas.
The design team includes Kanye West, Jalil Peraza, Petra Kustrin, Nejc Škufca, and Vadik Marmeladov.
