Vans Vault x WTAPS Collaborate Once More

Vans Vault x WTAPS introduce a 13-piece capsule for their new collection. The two brands are long-time collaborators.

Vans recently teamed up with Supreme for some footwear with mix materials. It saw a special release of the latter’s Vans Lampin and Sk8-Mid. The offerings arrive in contrasting color schemes. The pieces also come in combination with mixed materials on the upper.

Both styles come with 12-wale corduroy uppers matched with a croc-embossed premium suede. The two silhouettes both have co-branded rubber heel stamps. However, the Sk8-Mid opts for an embroidered “SUPREME” logo at the heel while the Lampin sees an embroidered logo on the tongue.

Last year, WTAPS worked with F.C. Real Bristol for a Fall/Winter 2017 collection. It includes apparel and accessories such as drawstring bags and a black rubber duck.

Bold and Beautiful

Vans Vault and WTAPS’ latest collection has a new variety of bold patterns. There are two pairs of a blacked-out Sk8-Hi LX embroidered with orange or blue-hued flames on either side.

Moreover, the Half Cab LX arrives in a gray digital camo print. Also, a duo of Era LX models has the same muted detailing with black midsoles and matching or navy suede on the forefoot and heel paneling.

The 13-piece capsule also has tops. Price of each piece ranges from $58 to $178 USD.
