Off-White SS19 Brings A Lot Of Denim and Graphics

Virgil Abloh showcased his Off-White SS19 collection at Paris Fashion Week. The assortment celebrated pop culture with references to artist Dondi White and “The Simpsons.”

The range featured the artist’s scrawled tags. Swirling white paint and splatters were on several pieces including jeans and denim parkas.

Moreover, Off-White’s signature revised workwear appears in plenty of iterations. This includes cargo pants and shorts, raw-hemmed work shirts, and wide-pocketed vests playing along with the theme.

Denim, in particular, was key. There were a host of washed indigo pants, shirts, and outerwear appearing in several variations throughout the SS19 collection.

“Simpsons”-emblazoned items, on the other hand, included a knit and oversized tees. Nearly all pieces focused on Bart but Homer and the family home also got featured.

Meanwhile, Off-White also unveiled its collaborative Nike Blazer iteration recently. The physical pair materialized and worn by Bloody Osiris.

It featured a cream white base with orange detailing. The accents were on the Swoosh logos and tongue tag.

The rest of the aesthetic keeps the original design. All this thanks to shifted logos and Off-White’s signature stamp on each medial side.
