KITH Founder Ronnie Fieg Shares His Thoughts On The Business

KITH Founder Ronnie Fieg talked about the label and its exponential growth. The 35-year-old entrepreneur also shared what message he is trying to convey to consumers.

 

KITH has had a good year with several collaborations from other streetwear giants. The brand collaborated with Nike for new Air Pippen 1 colors.

The label also teamed up with nonnative for a Black Friday 2017 collection that features military garb and traditional workwear. Lastly, the KITH x Moncler collaboration just dropped their extensive 36-piece first delivery earlier this month.

An Emphasis On Customer Experience

KITH has experienced immense growth in the recent years. Fieg opened the first store over half a decade ago and the brand has become quite popular.

Fieg revealed that they put an emphasis on customer experience. He admitted that they invested in their shops to send a message to customers. The message is that the shopping experience is more than just walking in, asking for the product, and walking out.

Vice president Nick Annacone also noted that, while the business and market has changed, their model has not. He cited that Fieg’s insight is their source of inspiration for pushing forward and innovating in retail.

Rachel Zimmerman, director of marketing, added that the KITH founder taught them to keep pushing. “Mediocrity is not an option,” Zimmerman said.
