Another J.W. Anderson x Uniqlo Collaboration Set For Spring/Summer 2018

A J.W. Anderson x Uniqlo team up will be coming once again. The duo will release a Spring/Summer collection for next year.

J.W. Anderson and Uniqlo worked together on a Fall/Winter 2017 collection. The current collaboration combined elements from Britain and Japan.

The duo’s Fall/Winter 2017 collection featured Japanese functionality together with British design sensibilities. They also focused on affordable price points.

It featured classic pieces such as the trench coat, quilted jacket, and broadcloth shirts. There are also loose-fit jeans, chinos, Fair Isle jumpers, as well as a quilted tote and backpack.

All About Layering

This time, Anderson revealed that the upcoming collaboration will have items that interlink with each other. Moreover, the collection will be about layering; mixing and matching things together.

The designer also noted that the previous collaboration with Uniqlo was super exciting. He added that he thinks the pieces are incredibly well-made.

The upcoming Spring/Summer 2018 collection will include ready-to-wear pieces for both men and women. The collaboration may combine J.W. Anderson’s British heritage with Uniqlo’s LifeWear philosophy.

The items will be available online as well as in Uniqlo stores during its release. No official information on the release has been announced yet.
