BAPE Summer 2018 Collection

More indigo pieces arrive for the BAPE summer 2018 collection. The cool color is perfect for the warm weather.

BAPE previously unveiled indigo-colored items for its spring 2018 collection. The brand reworked some of its classic designs in deep blue shades. This will definitely result in personalized fading through repeated wear.

The First Camo design in a tonal blue color appears throughout the collection. A Katakana BAPE branding, Ape heads, and Shark branding also add to the visual flair of the items.

Sashiko stitching on the pieces complements the range. It also points to its traditional inspirations. The design grants texture to a BAPE cap, the sleeves of an MA-1, as well as a jacket that bears Shark hood accents.

Moreover, there is patchwork denim detailing that adds extra contrast to the pockets of a hooded jacket. This design can be found on the panels of a cap and elbows of a washed hoodie.

Power and Dignity

The color indigo symbolizes power and dignity as well as service to humanity. The new range has various indigo-dyed pieces such as T-shirts, polo shirts, and a cap.

All items feature the Japanese streetwear brand’s iconic Ape Head motif. Noteworthy pieces include shorts that feature BAPE’s signature CAMO print as well as the cap with “A Bathing Ape” in Japanese characters.
