BAPE Introduces Its Athleisure Range: AAPE+ Line

AAPE+ Line now has an exclusive range that focuses on athleisure. The selection is definitely ready for the warmer months ahead.

AAPE is BAPE’s diffusion line. It previously dropped a “Dragon Ball” collection last October. It features co-branded graphic t-shirts. The collection also includes sweaters, kids wear, and a limited edition Four-Star “Dragon Ball” cushion.

Moreover, one noteworthy design for the hoodies, long-sleeves, and tees feature Kid Goku weaving in and out of both labels’ branding. Plus, the pieces are highly-wearable because of their classic black and white color scheme with hints of red camo.

Athleisure Is In

The obsession with athleisure continues. AAPE’s latest collection features tech-centric pieces. There are brightly-colored jackets, t-shirts, and shorts.

The range also has an updated triangular-shaped logo instead of its signature circular AAPE motif. The new logo is on all the pieces.

The Spring/Summer 2018 collection will be available through an exclusive pop-up shop in Hong Kong. You can find it at Festival Walk, 80 Tat Chee Ave, Kowloon Tong.

Meanwhile, BAPE collaborated once more with Medicom Toy for a metallic BE@RBRICK capsule. The assortment still contains hoodies and t-shirts. It has two new Shark hoodies, with ears added to make it a bear hoodie.
